Swissôtel Sydney discounted accommodation for FPCC attendees:

$350.00* AUD Inc GST per room per night, including breakfast
*Rates are based on single occupancy per room per night and is inclusive of breakfast for one. Full buffet breakfast is available at a charge of $30 per additional person (discounted from $44.00.) This must be booked at the same time as accommodation to receive the discounted rate.

Attendees are encouraged to book early to secure their accommodation at preferred rates.
Cancellation terms
- Accommodation bookings may be cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival without penalty.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the total accommodation cost.
- Amendments are subject to availability and hotel terms.
- All accommodation changes and cancellations are managed directly by the Events Team.
Parking
Swissôtel Sydney provides the following parking options for guests and event visitors:
On-Site Valet Parking
- Available at approximately AUD $100 per day.
- Height and size restrictions apply (maximum 2.0 m; no large vans, 4×4s, utes).
- Operated daily 6 AM to Midnight.
Off-Site Self-Parking
- Available at Wilson Parking, 383 Kent Street, approx.. 300 m (4 blocks) from the hotel.
- AUD $60 per day with 24-hour access.
- Guests should collect a parking voucher for the discounted rate and validate it at the hotel Concierge before departure.
Public Transport Access
Swissôtel Sydney is exceptionally well-connected by public transport:
Train
- Town Hall Station (T1, T2, T3 lines) is just a short walk away via direct underground access.
- St. James Station is also nearby for additional train connections.
Light Rail
- QVB Stop (L2/L3 Light Rail) is directly accessible on nearby streets, linking to Darling Harbour and other Sydney precincts.
Buses & Other Services
- Numerous city bus routes operate within minutes of the hotel, with easy connections throughout Sydney’s CBD and suburbs. Taxis and ride-share services are readily available at the hotel entrance.
- For guests arriving from Sydney Airport, train services connect to the city in approximately 30 minutes.
